Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER: The person registering for a training and completing payment on https://gokhanatakan.com.tr.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the sale of the training / seminar attendance right ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Türkiye.
3. Service Details & Price
The service is the right to attend the professional dental training / seminar program organised by the SELLER on the date, venue and content specified on the relevant training page. The price (including VAT) is displayed on the order confirmation page.
Some training prices may be displayed in EUR on the website; in that case the price is converted to Turkish Lira at the live European Central Bank rate on the SELLER's server at the moment of payment and the BUYER is always charged in Turkish Lira. The amount that appears on the bank statement is in TRY.
4. Payment
Payment is collected as a single charge via the Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Virtual POS (3D Secure) infrastructure. Only credit / debit cards issued in Türkiye are accepted. Card data is never transmitted to the SELLER's servers; it is entered directly on the bank's secure payment page.
5. Delivery of the Service
The training is delivered physically on the date and at the venue specified on the order page (or on the announced platform if the event is online). Training materials are delivered before or during the event.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Pursuant to Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for services to be performed on a specific date, our applied refund policy is:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of registration: full refund to the same card within 14 days.
- Cancellations in the last 5 days before the training, and any registration made in the last 5 days: non-refundable; the BUYER may transfer the seat to another dentist before this window with written notice.
- If the SELLER cancels the training, the full amount is refunded to the same card within 14 days.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for services to be performed on a specific date the BUYER's right of withdrawal is regulated as set out in Section 6. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the training has started.
8. Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the limit announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and by the Adana Consumer Courts for disputes above that limit.
9. Effect
By confirming the order the BUYER declares and undertakes that they have read and accepted all clauses of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon completion of the order.
