Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

This page describes the cancellation and refund terms applying to registrations for professional dental training programmes organised by Dr. Gökhan Atakan. Each registration reserves one seat in the limited capacity of the event.

2. Cancellation Windows & Refund Rates

Refund rates are applied based on the date of the BUYER's written cancellation notice sent to dr.gokhanatakan [at] gmail [dot] com:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of registration: full refund to the original card.
  • After the 48-hour window and more than 5 days before the training: no refund; the BUYER may transfer the seat to another dentist with written notice.
  • Less than 5 days before the training, and any registration made within the last 5 days: no refund; seat transfers in this window may not be possible due to event-organisation constraints.
  • No refunds are granted after the training has started.

3. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

If the SELLER cancels the training (e.g. insufficient enrolment, force majeure), the full amount is refunded to the same card within 14 days, or the BUYER may, with their consent, be transferred to a different training date.

4. Refund Method

All refunds are processed back to the original credit / debit card via the Türkiye İş Bankası Virtual POS infrastructure. Bank processing time may vary between 2–14 business days.

For trainings priced in EUR, collection and refund are always in Turkish Lira. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for FX rate differences between collection and refund; the refund is made on the TRY amount actually collected.

5. Seat Transfer

The BUYER may transfer their seat to another dentist by written notice at least 5 days before the training. The replacement attendee's contact and credential details must be shared. No refund is issued in that case, but the amount paid remains valid for the new attendee. Seat transfers within the last 5 days may not be possible due to event-organisation constraints.

6. Service Delivery

The training is delivered on the date and at the venue specified on the order page. Training materials (slides, digital resources) are delivered during or after the event. No separate shipping time applies.
