2. Service Description
The service is the right to attend a professional dental training / seminar organised by Dr. Gökhan Atakan, with the name, date, duration, venue / format and capacity specified on the relevant training page. Attendance is restricted to dental graduates and final-year dental students.
3. Total Price & Payment
The training fee is published on the training page as the total amount including VAT. Some prices may be displayed in EUR; in that case the price is converted to Turkish Lira at the live European Central Bank rate on the SELLER's server at the moment of payment and the BUYER is always charged in Turkish Lira.
Payment is collected as a single charge via the Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Virtual POS (3D Secure) infrastructure. Only credit / debit cards issued in Türkiye are accepted.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Pursuant to Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for services to be performed on a specific date our applied policy is:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of registration: full refund to the same card.
- Cancellations made in the last 5 days before the training, and any registration made in the last 5 days, are non-refundable; the BUYER may transfer the seat to another dentist with written notice.
- If the SELLER cancels the training (insufficient enrolment, force majeure, etc.), the full amount is refunded to the same card within 14 days.

5. Personal & Payment Data
Your card number and CVV are never transmitted to or stored on the SELLER's servers; card data is entered directly on the bank's secure 3D Secure page. Only the masked card number (first 6 / last 4 digits), transaction amount, bank authorisation code and transaction date are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

6. Invoicing
Your invoice is issued as an e-Archive invoice within the first 3 business days after the training and sent to the e-mail address provided at registration. No invoice is issued for refunded registrations. You can choose personal or company invoicing on the payment screen.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are settled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the limit announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and by the Adana Consumer Courts for disputes above that limit.
8. Acknowledgement
By checking "I have read and accept the Preliminary Information Form" on the payment screen, the BUYER declares that they have read this form, separately from the contract, before commencing the distance sale transaction, and that they accept its content.
