1. Data Controller

Under article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Güzelyalı Dental Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Poliklinik Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (Tax ID: 4531514318 — Seyhan Tax Office; Address: Belediye Evleri Mah. Turgut Özal Blv. No:220/A, 01360 Çukurova/Adana, Türkiye) acts as the data controller in respect of personal data processed through the https://gokhanatakan.com.tr website ("Site").

2. Categories of Personal Data

Identity (name, national ID / tax number — invoicing only).
Contact information (e-mail, phone, address).
Professional information (graduation status, area of practice).
Customer transaction data (training registrations, payment amount and date, invoice info, card BIN / last 4 digits).
Transaction security (IP address, user-agent, session records, legal consent logs and version hashes).
Marketing (newsletter sign-up — only with explicit consent).

3. Purposes of Processing

Creating training registrations and delivering the service.
Collecting payment and meeting legal invoicing obligations.
Membership management and account security.
Responding to enquiries and sending reminder e-mails.
Compliance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Turkish Tax Procedure Code (record-keeping).
Site security, dispute resolution and evidence in card chargeback cases.

4. Legal Bases

Personal data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2 (c) necessity for the performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation, (e) establishment, exercise or protection of a right and (f) legitimate interest, balanced against your fundamental rights and freedoms. Any processing outside these grounds is carried out only on the basis of your explicit consent under art. 5/1.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. for payment processing, to our e-Invoice / e-Archive integrator for legal invoicing, and to hosting, database and transactional e-mail providers for service delivery. Some of these providers operate outside Türkiye; in such cases transfers are performed under KVKK art. 9 on the basis of explicit consent and/or standard contractual clauses. Data may also be shared with competent public authorities upon legal request.

6. Collection Method

Personal data is collected through membership forms, the contact form, training registration and payment flows, cookies and server logs — by automated and partially automated means.

7. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to (a) learn whether your personal data is processed, (b) request information about such processing, (c) learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly, (ç) learn the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, (d) request correction of inaccurate data, (e) request deletion or destruction, (f) request notification of such corrections / deletions to third parties, (g) object to outcomes resulting from automated analysis, and (ğ) request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
